坂道の斜度（勾配）を適切に表示してくれない困ったGARMIN Edge 520君。
2017/09/01(JST)の夜、ルートを入れようとして電源を入れると
「UPDATE来てるで。すぐ入れまっか？」
と尋ねてきました。
ファームウェア 12.10 から 12.20 へのアップデートですね。
本来、新しいファームウェアなんてものは拙速に導入したりせずに、情報を収集しながら慎重に判断すべきものなのですが、
斜度問題で悩んでいたので、脊髄反射で適用してしまいました…。
遅まきながら調べてみると、
